SAAS Benefit Highlight – Backup and Recovery Security
- Daily automatic backups are performed to ensure the integrity and easy recovery of your data at all times.
- We maintain a “Hot Backup” policy, that ensures an ongoing “Nearly-Live” backup allowing for data restore up to the last 15 minutes of operation of a failure event.
- A copy of each full backup is transfered to a secondary off-site server, and that server is also protected by an additional external drive backup system.
- Once a week a “Cold” backup is performed. The database is fully shutdown outside of operating hours and a complete backup is taken, that is stored in the above locations.
- In total, at any given point in time there are four separate backups of all data stored within our SAAS Solution.
