UpgradeA key benefit that Texada SAAS customers have with the SRM SAAS Solution is always having up-to-date software.

This upgrade has several new features including:

Delivery/Pickup Transport Integration which can be used to email a notice to an external transport contractor when a Delivery or Pickup ticket is created and transport is required.
 
The Inaccessible Menus List can be used to generate a spreadsheet listing all functions on menus which are not assigned a security role. This is a great report which can be used to determine which new features are not being used by your company.

SAAS Benefit Highlight – Backup and Recovery Security

Data Backup and Recovery

  • Daily automatic backups are performed to ensure the integrity and easy recovery of your data at all times.
  • We maintain a “Hot Backup” policy, that ensures an ongoing “Nearly-Live” backup allowing for data restore up to the last 15 minutes of operation of a failure event.
  • A copy of each full backup is transfered to a secondary off-site server, and that server is also protected by an additional external drive backup system.
  • Once a week a “Cold” backup is performed.  The database is fully shutdown outside of operating hours and a complete backup is taken, that is stored in the above locations.
  • In total, at any given point in time there are four separate backups of all data stored within our SAAS Solution.
