Designed for use by technicians working in the field or on the shop floor, ServiceLink Flex is packed with indispensable, easy-to-use features that eliminate the “minute thieves” eating your technicians’ time. 

• My Work: See today’s scheduled Work Orders in list and map view, and navigate to the job site with the tap of a button.
• Schedule: Browse the week’s assigned Work Orders.
• Work Order Management: Easily add labor, photos, SIMS, service notes (using voice-to-text!) and more to assigned Work Orders. Update machine SMUs and and indicate completion percentage on Segments and Operations.
• Offline Functionality: As service technicians naturally encounter areas with poor internet connection on the road, ServiceLink Flex comes equipped to offer value even when offline. Access the My Work screen and get driving directions, and save labor entries, service notes and more in Draft mode. Once you’re back online, you’ll be able to review your drafts and push them to ServiceLink.
