To better understand what comprises our dashboards, lets review components of the dashboard, and navigate the menu bar, key components of the “Switch to Texada Web” option in Rental Management. Once you gain access to Texada Web, you can use the dashboard to navigate between the various sections of Texada Web as you perform your various work tasks.

As a user, you can customize the available components of your dashboard to only include the functionality you need for your business.  

In Texada Web, the first image clients typically see is the Calendar. This calendar is segmented and color-coded to display all Reservations, Contracts, Work Orders, Deliveries, and Pickups. Users can easily filter the calendar by day or week, as well as by division and location, providing a clear, organized view of all scheduled activities. This visual layout helps clients manage their operations efficiently by offering a snapshot of their daily and weekly schedules.

Texada Web provides a state-of-the-art Dashboard designed specifically for Dispatchers, offering real-time tracking of driver progress whether they are making a delivery, pickup, or completing a task. The Dashboard empowers Dispatchers by enabling them to assign new tasks to drivers as needed. Additionally, the integrated map feature allows Dispatchers to track drivers based on their cell phone location, providing a clear view of each driver’s position in real time. This advanced tool enhances operational efficiency, allowing for better task management and more responsive, dynamic dispatching.
