This Policy applies to personal information processed through the Field Sales Tracker application and related services. It does not apply to third-party services you separately use, which are governed by their own privacy policies. Where you use the Service under an agreement between Texada and your organization (the “Customer”), your organization is responsible for its own privacy practices and instructions regarding the data it places in the Service. This Policy applies equally to free self-service trials; the organization on whose behalf a trial account is opened (the “Trial Customer”) has the same responsibilities as a Customer with respect to the data it and its users place in the Service.

Our software partner is contractually prohibited from using Service data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
The Service may offer optional AI-assisted features (for example, rephrasing text or generating draft emails). The features are Opt-in and operate only when a user actively invokes them. Content submitted to an AI feature is transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing consistent with Texada’s privacy practices for AI features across its products: data provided to AI features is minimized to what is necessary to provide the feature; we do not use customer data to train public AI models, and our AI provider is contractually prohibited from retaining submitted content beyond processing and from using it to train its models; AI providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations; and any related international transfers comply with Section 9. Where required (e.g., for EEA/UK data), appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses apply; see DPA_FST.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes in this Policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or de-identified. On termination of a Customer’s agreement, data handling follows the agreement and the Data Protection Agreement.
