Some Business Partners are located outside of Australia and New Zealand. Likewise, some Texada facilities may also be located outside of Australia and New Zealand. As a result, your Personal Information may be collected, processed and stored in another jurisdiction. Reasonable contractual and other measures we may take to protect your Personal Information while processed or handled by these Business Partners are subject to legal requirements applicable to our Business Partners; for example, lawful requirements to disclose Personal Information to government authorities in certain circumstances.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18 years of age. We may have to use personal information to comply with our obligations:
In New Zealand, we’re required to hold personal information by the Companies Act 1993, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Act 2009, the Financial Transactions Reporting Act 1996, and other laws.
