Travel Information

Conference registration will open on Monday, October 6 at 12:00 PM and will remain open until 5:00 PM.

We recommend arriving by early afternoon so you can check in, settle in, and join us for the Welcome Reception that evening.

Please plan your return travel for Thursday, October 9.

Programming will run through the end of the day on Wednesday, October 8, including keynotes, breakout sessions, and closing activities you won’t want to miss!

Monday, October 6: Registration opens at 12:00 PM; Welcome Reception from 6:00–8:00 PM
Tuesday, October 7: Full day of sessions + evening social event
Wednesday, October 8: Full day of sessions ending around 5 PM + fun outing in the evening

When should I plan to arrive?

We recommend arriving by mid-day Monday, October 6 to allow enough time to check in, visit registration, and attend the Welcome Reception.

Please book your return travel for Thursday, October 9. Conference programming runs through the end of the day on Wednesday, October 8, including can’t-miss closing sessions and networking opportunities.
