More Connected Workflows, More Mobile Momentum, More “Done” in Less Time

TL;DR — What Texada launched in 2025

  • Global Landing Hub: one front door to Texada apps
  • Asset Staging in Texada Mobile: prep rental assets ahead of pickups
  • Texada Intelligence: workflow-embedded AI, including:
    • Sales Assistant (in the Equipment CRM mobile app)
    • Dictate & Enhance (turn rough notes into usable notes)
  • Material Handling service enhancements: customer-owned assets, PM via meter readings, mobile estimating
  • DBS integration expanded to Rental Management: automated data flow between systems
  • EQUIPPED’25 (Denver, Oct 6–8, 2025): The Texada community together in one room

If you work in equipment rental, dealership, or service, you already know the feeling.

The day starts with a plan. Then a customer calls. A tech needs an answer. A contract gets updated. Someone is trying to find the right login. And suddenly it is 4:30 PM and the “quick admin stuff” still is not done.

In 2025, we focused on one thing: reducing friction. Fewer hoops. Less rework. More momentum for the people doing the real work.

We launched a ton of stuff last year, and it would be impossible to list everything. But we’ve taken the liberty to put together these highlights from some of the biggest moments from the year, plus links to the full stories.

One front door to Texada: Global Landing Hub

Small changes can make a big difference.

At Texada, we’re just as focused on improving the average user’s experience using our software as we are with major breakthroughs.

In early 2025, we introduced the Global Landing Hub to simplify the user experience and make it easy to see every tool at your team’s disposal right from the start.

The idea is simple: once you log in, you land in a single place where your Texada applications live together, organized and easy to access.

Not only does this save your team from having to jump between tabs to access different tools, but it just makes it that much easier to start completing daily work. And when starting work is easy, everything else starts to fall into place. If you missed the launch details, catch up here.

“Staging scramble” meets its match: Asset Staging Mobile

Every rental business has had that moment: a pickup is scheduled, the customer is on the way, and someone is sprinting through the yard trying to get the right asset ready.

Asset Staging in Texada Mobile was built to help teams get ahead of that chaos. With staging on a mobile device, yard staff can prep equipment earlier, capture key details, and keep the counter team in sync without bouncing between clipboards, radios, and memory. Smoothing out these micro moments makes the lives of your team easier, so they can focus on getting work done faster.

But it’s not just your team that feels the difference; the customer does too. With a reliable and repeatable process, the customer is able to trust that when they arrive at the branch, their machine is going to be ready for them, and they’ll be back on the job site as soon as possible. It’s this trust that makes you stand apart from the competition and ensures that you’re able to keep your customers coming back, project after project.

AI that shows up inside real work: Texada Intelligence

There’s a lot of noise around AI.

In 2025, we focused on bringing practical, workflow-embedded AI to our customers that actually helps teams move faster without changing how they work.

Texada Intelligence launched with a clear goal: handle the tedious “in-between” work that slows your team down, like summarizing, drafting, logging, and cleaning up notes, so they can focus on what matters most.

Here are a few highlights that stood out this year.

Sales Assistant: talk, log, move on

Reps are always moving. Logging activity should not require a Friday night cleanup session.

Sales Assistant is a voice-first, AI-powered way to log CRM activity directly in the Equipment CRM mobile app. Tap the mic, speak naturally, and keep moving. This ensures that your CRM is filled with helpful, rich information that equips your team with what they need to provide a customer experience that stands out.

Dictate and Enhance: cleaner notes in seconds

Service notes matter. But messy notes can cause delays, confusion, and repeat questions.

AI Dictate and Enhance turns spoken notes into clear, professional comments that can be added to work orders right away, speeding up turnaround time and impressing your customers.

The bigger picture: smarter work, same heroes

If you want the “why” behind Texada Intelligence, this is the post. It lays out what we mean by AI that supports people, not replaces them, and why being built for equipment workflows matters.

Service that scales: Material Handling

Service is where many Material Handling dealers win long after the sale.

In 2025, we launched new features for Material Handling teams to help dealerships harness the growth potential of service, especially when it comes to customer owned equipment.

Dealers can now manage customer owned assets in a dedicated system and keep service history clean, allowing for easier management and helping them spot new revenue opportunities with far less friction.

With better data, preventive maintenance driven by real meter readings, and the ability for technicians to build accurate estimates from a mobile device, service teams can move faster, close work sooner, and deliver the kind of consistency that keeps customers coming back.

Rental, rewired: DBS integration with Rental Management

Disconnected systems create hidden costs. Not just time, but risk.

In 2025, we expanded our integration with DBS; now our Rental Management system joins our CRM in connecting to DBS.

This expanded integration functionality was built with the intention of capturing more use cases within your business, allowing you to grow faster with the tools you trust.

The integration is designed to automate how key customer and invoice data moves between systems, while giving teams better visibility into rental activity. If you are operating with multiple systems today, this is worth a read.

EQUIPPED’25 in Denver: real conversations, real momentum

Software matters. But so does getting the right people in the same room to share what’s working, what challenges teams are facing, and where the industry is heading.

In October 2025, we hosted EQUIPPED’25 in Denver, Colorado (Oct 6 to 8), bringing customers, product experts, and industry peers together to learn, connect, and build the next chapter of Texada’s equipment growth platform.

At EQUIPPED, the Texada community is able to come together and we’re able to make sure that each of our customers are getting the most out of their investment. At the event, our experts are able to spend 1:1 time with customers to help keep their business moving forward and make sure they’re well-positioned to grow over the next year.

We pride ourselves on not just being another software vendor, but being a partner for each of our customers, and EQUIPPED is where we’re really able to walk the walk.

Thanks for building with us

If 2025 had a theme, it was this: make the everyday easier.

Easier to get into the right tools.

Easier to prep equipment before the rush hits.

Easier to capture details while they’re fresh.

Easier to connect the systems that keep your business moving.

And above all, easier to grow.

Thank you for a fantastic 2025. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings.
