Matt Harris
Chief Executive Officer

Matt Harris | Chief Executive Officer

As Texada’s CEO, Matt is excited to build and work with a brilliant organization of passionate people looking to create, service, and support the world’s best SaaS software platform for equipment dealerships and rental houses. Matt’s passion is derived from his earnest drive to make a difference in the equipment industry both at a macro-scale and with each individual user of Texada’s software. For Matt, industry transformation starts with making things easier and faster for each and every user which often involves breaking through existing business silos.

Prior to joining Texada, Matt spent 12 years with Viewpoint Construction Software, where as President, he led this 1,000 person global business through its own extraordinary growth and transformation. Under his leadership, Viewpoint dramatically expanded its SaaS platform offering to incorporate solutions for all elements of the construction business including back-office financials, project management, job site controls, human capital management, and data & analytics.

Matt has engineering and psychology degrees from Cornell and his MBA from Stanford University. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and two sons.

Ben Cox
Chief Product Officer

Ben Cox | Chief Product Officer

Ben joined Texada in November 2022, after his most recent experience at Sumeru Equity Partners, where he served as an Operating Partner for Product for the SaaS companies in Sumeru’s portfolio. Across those companies, he worked with and led innovative product, engineering, and management teams to define product value and commercial strategies. Before Sumeru, Ben led product strategy, commercial strategy, sales operations, and post-merger integration in a variety of roles at Viewpoint Construction Software. Ben started his career in the construction industry, and also led teams as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.

Thanks in part to his varied experiences, Ben has developed a unique and robust product strategy for the entire suite of Texada rental, sales, and service management solutions to help Texada’s customers grow their heavy equipment businesses faster and serve their customers better. Ben has an undergraduate degree in religion and communications, and his MBA from Columbia Business School. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and three sons, plays guitar, and attempts to keep in touch with his eight siblings.
